FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR EXPLOITATION OF THE GLOBAL DISTRICT PLATFORM

We are delighted to have received confirmation that businesses in North Down are eligible for funding onto the the Global District platform

Core Criteria For Funding are as follows:

1. Any business should be eligible for funding so long as they employ fewer than 250 employees and have not benefited previously from funding from Invest NI for ICT investment.

2. All businesses must receive a visit from a funding manager and complete a questionnaire before funding can be confirmed.

3· The support for Global District membership requires that the company be subscribing to use the tools for the first time. Given that for press management, advanced events calendar management, product affiliation, networking and feeds are alll new services, these are all eligible for funding support.

4· Financial assistance is considered on a case-by-case basis.


5· Subsidised training is also available.
